Before Your Visit

*When booking an appointment for children under 16, parents must be present at all times. We also recommend if under 18 an adult be present for the consultation as we cannot be liable for changes made to original salon request.

*We love your kids, but children must be monitored at all times while in the salon for their safety.

*Chemical services can have varying results based on your individual hair. Sometimes, it might require more than one visit to achieve a desired color. (Ex. going from dark to light)

  • Keep in mind in these cases we may not have a full idea of what color we can achieve until color has been applied and allowed to process. In some cases, a second appointment may be needed to achieve the desired color.

  • Your stylist has been trained in several service techniques and they will do their absolute best to create the best results and therefore we cannot be held liable if the process has unexpected or undesired results.

  • Any refunds or re-services requested will be analyzed in person and possibly performed by management if they are brought up within a week of the original service.

No refunds can be authorized without first offering a possible alternative in salon.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us! It is a time reserved especially for you, so that we can provide the correct service time & attention that you deserve. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. This affects clients on our waiting list & also our stylists who rely on our amazing clients. Your appointments are confirmed more than 24 hours in advance to give adequate time to cancel or serve as a reminder for your scheduled ‘you time’.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a reschedule fee, a late cancellation fee and/or no show fee will apply as follows:

Reschedule Fee: $25

This fee will apply if you should arrive late to your appointment and must be rescheduled.

Less than 24-hour notice Fee

(Late Cancellation/Reschedule):

A charge of 50% of scheduled services or $75 whichever is greater.

“NO SHOW” Fee:

A charge of 100% of scheduled services or $75 automatically, whichever is greater. A “No Show” is applied 15 minutes after missed scheduled time.

All COLOR services require a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of the booking.

*Note: Fees do not apply to next service. All Saturday appointments cancelled or No Show will not be allowed to reschedule on a Saturday.
